Globe valve body seat ring is shoulder type, threaded body seat ring which has large taper area that is for ample seating. Two nos. slots are provided on body seat ring, which is for easy removal for servicing at site. Welded type seat ring or Integral seat ring are also available in on reqiest.

All Globe Valve stem is made from solid one piece construction. The yoke bush of Globe Valve has a long thread engagement for accurate stem alignment. The standard range of Nivz Globe Valve is sizes from 1/2 (DN15) to 12 (DN300).

A name of the product DUAL PLATE CHECK VALVE self say about design construction and operation of valve. This type of check valve is simple assembly of 1) dual -double flap or can say door, 2) single piece casted heavy duty body, 3) spring and 4) stem. On the centre of body two stem holes are provided to mount / fix dual flap plate and which perform from centre as like a hinge in direction of flow with tension of spring. One stem perform as flap holes guide shaft and another as disc opening limit stop pin. Spring supports to the disc to get normal close position of valve.

Body have choice of either elastomer soft rubber seats or metal to metal seat for higher pressure and temperature application with StelliteF6 Hard face. In elastomer rubber seated check valve seat choice options are Neoprene, EPDM, NBR, Nitrile, Buna-N, Hypalon, Ebonite, Silicon, Viton etc.

These types of valve (Non Return Valves) are used to stop back flow to the upstream side of the valve. The design of Check Valve (Non Return Valve) is very simple. A hinged door is placed inside the Swing Check Valve body. With the pressure coming upstream the door is held open; when pressure increases on the downstream side, it forces the door to valve close, stopping any back flow.

DOUBLE FLNGED END BUTTERFLY VALVE

Control valves automatically regulate pressure and/or flow rate, and are available for any pressure. If different plant systems operate up to, and at pressure/temperature combinations that require Class 300 valves, sometimes (where the design permits), all control valves chosen will be Class 300 for interchange-ability. However, if none of the systems exceeds the ratings for Class 150 valves, this is not necessary.

Globe valves are normally used for control, and their ends are usually flanged for ease of maintenance. Depending on their type of supply, the disk is moved by a hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical or mechanical actuator. The valve modulates flow through movement of a valve plug in relation to the port(s) located within the valve body. The valve plug is attached to a valve stem, which, in turn, is connected to the actuator.
