Vacuum forming is essentially a process that converts plastic film into differently shaped articles. Any plastic film is heated at a certain temperature and the resulting material comes out in a semi-molten form. The last stage involves shaping it with the help of the vacuum and chilling process. It is then finally shaped into the desired design and the extras are cut off.
