SPECIFICATION: (Model: DST-12CD)

  1. Space saving compactness with strength and rigidity for smooth, quiet running and long life
  2. The working parts of the machine coming in contact with the product and packing material will be stainless steel 304.
  3. Foil Feeding arrangement.
  4. SS Hopper with vibratory feeder.
  5. Folding box.
  6. Foil Angle setting arm.
  7. Product feeding disc with 1 no. Brush motor, with machine aluminium cone.
  8. 2 pairs of crimping rollers, length controlled by PIV with longitudinal heater fine seal.
  9. Cross sealer with heater mounted on common shaft and heater block carrying zig-zag knives.
  10. SS lug conveyor.
  11. Drive motor: DC motor with DC drive.
  12. Machine speed:The machine will have a average speed up to the 600 packs/min; depending upon product size, shape, and finish packing material, room to be maintained at 22 deg. C and RH 50.
