Cryogenic Vaporizers are offered by our company. These air cryogenic vaporizers consists of two or more finned aluminium elements, manifold together around seamless stainless steel high pressure tube and mounted vertically. There are eight fins in each element. They provide high capacity performance and faster defrosting. We offer:

Our portable air separation units are quickly shipped and installed, enabling the shortest commissioning time in the industry. Our plant size capacities range from 4 tons/day to 200 tons/day producing liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and argon.

Automatic changeover system is to ensure reliable and continuous ambient vaporizer operation. The automatic changeover system directs the cryogenic gas flow alternately to either of the pair of ambient vaporizers, and thus enables the off-stream vaporizer defrosting. The switching is time controlled with the period operator selectable within a range of 1 to 24 hours. The gas passage is blocked by means of electrical solenoid valves (normally open). The switching unit can be placed either on liquid or gas side of the vaporizers.

We provide stainless steel super-insulated Vacuum Jacketed Piping (VJP) systems used for the transfer of liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and helium. Each VJP system is custom designed to meet the requirements of the application, while keeping the system economics within budget.

VJP contains an inner line for the transfer of cryogenic liquids with an outer vacuum jacket. The vacuum annular space consists of a multi-layered insulation with an extremely low vacuum level of 9 microns or less. VJP is fifty times more effective than conventional foam-insulated copper in preventing heat leak to the inner line, and VJP is extremely long lasting and meets to ASME B31.3 Code for Process Piping.

We offer many different sizes and styles of D & E racks and manifold combinations. All our racks include non-marring PVC shelves to protect your cylinders from damage. The units are constructed of power-painted aluminum and are are ergonomically designed. All units come standard with chrome-plated CGA-870 yokes.
