Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) WK-821 for oil bottle grade

"WANKAI" Brand "WK-821" PET resin bottle grade is TPA-based polyethylene terephthalic copolymer. Its high clarity and sparkle make it well suited for the production of bottles and other containers. It is a high molecular weight polymer for general use in manufacturing containers. It can be used in the production of sheet, edible oil bottle, white wine bottle and some containers for medical & agrochemical purpose.

Bottles made from WK-821 resin can meet the requirements of high barrier properties, high chemical resistance and high crystallinity.

"WANKAI" Brand "WK881" PET resin bottle grade is TPA-based polyethylene terephthaliccopolymer.
It is a high molecular weight polymer for general use in manufacturing containers. It can be used in the production of making packing bottles for carbonated soft drink like cola and 3-gallon big bottles. .

Bottles made from WK881 resin can meet the requirement of high optical clarity and glossing, good barrier properties to oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture. And prevent thepossible bottle cracking during transportation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USE IN PROCESSING

Drying Drying is necessary prior to the melt processing to prevent the resin from hydrolysis. Typical drying conditions are an air temperature of 160-175, 4-6 hours residence time.

WK-801 is a kind of PET polymer material. It is mainly used in the production of drinking water, aseptic filling drinks, candy and dried fruit packaging, cosmetics bottles, and APET sheet.This product is in compliance with the regulations of China GB 9685, GB 4806.6, (EU) No 10/2011 and US FDA 21 CFR 177.1630.
