The CHP CM Series Pumps are Horizontal Foot Mounted Design, Single or Multi Stage High Pressure Centrifugal Pumps of Ring Section type with vertically split suction , intermediate and discharge casings. The intermediate casing are clamped together by external tie-bolts and sealed with gasketso-rings as required by the design. The pumps are fitted with integrally externally cast bearing housing at both ends of the shaft. The pumps are also available with extra cooling chamber when handling hot water in application.

PP PVDF -series pumps are specially design for highly corrosive chemicals in which metal pumps are not recommended or in its cost is higher. The PP- series pumps design are single piece molded polypropylene volute casing with semi-open impeller and casing cover to ensure a smooth running performance against corrosion. The high allumina ceramic sleeve protects shaft to any corrosion and abrasion. The GFT or Sic Vs. Ceramic PTFE below Mechanical seal prevents the leakage from the pumps. The Cast Iron heavy duty oil lubricated bearing housing provide maximum strength to pump. The pumps are also available in Mon-block version with compact design. The PVDF series pump thick walled casing liner & back plate is made of PVDF. A large metal insert in PVDF impeller increased mechanical strength.

The DEVPUMPS / DEV s RGP / HGP Series Positive Displacement Rotary External Gear Pumps are most efficient and economic range with variety of materials for transferring of oils & viscous liquid, which has special features like Simple & compact in design, Low Noise Level, High in Efficiency and Easy to maintain. It has two piece construction with pump body and cover. The Pumps element is a pair of single helical modified profile alloy steel gears , which is shrink fitted on carbon steel harden and ground shaft. And it is supported on either side by self lubricated, oil impregnate, sintered bronze bush bearing , which ensures longer life and smooth performance of pumps. The shaft sealing is by Neoprene Rubber oil seal , which ensures leak proof working than gland packing design. The in built pressure relief vale design gives safety against overloading of electric motor and release excess pressure . This pumps are available in different sizes and capacity with maximum working pressure 10 Kg/cm2 from 2.5 LPM to 500 LPM with to 3 sizes.

The flange mounting type pump is suitable for mounting on any equipment or machine. The company is also provide right angle L-type mounting bracket in different frame size to make it foot type pump. Application

For handling highly corrosive acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons, effluent, slurries, and other chemicals like; HCL 33%, Dilute H2so4, Caustic solutions ( NaOH ), HF, H3PO4, HN03, Alum, NaoCl, Feso4, CusO4, FeCl3 etc. The pumps are also used in scrubbing of corrosive gases like Cl2, Br2, F2, I2, So2, So3, Co2 etc. as scrubber pump in various chemical industries, in Pickling process in Steel Rolling Mills, Acid circulation in electro plating industries, decaling in boilers, heat exchangers etc.

SRL-Series Lobe Pumps are positive displacement ( pd ) external SS-316 Rotary Tri Lobe Pumps are similar to external gear pumps in operation in that fluid flows around the interior of the casing. Unlike external gear pumps, however, the lobes do not make contact. Lobe contact is prevented by external timing gears located in the gearbox. Pump shaft support bearings are located in the gearbox, and since the bearings are out of the pumped liquid. As the lobes come out of mesh, they create expanding volume on the inlet side of the pump. Liquid flows into the cavity and is trapped by the lobes as they rotate. Liquid travels around the interior of the casing in the pockets between the lobes and the casing and it does not pass between the lobes. Finally, the meshing of the lobes forces liquid through the outlet port under pressure.

Application :

Lobe pumps are frequently used in food applications because they handle solids without damaging the product. Ideal for pumping highly viscous liquids like Butters, Chocolates, Fruit Pulps, Flavorings, Frostings, Fats & Oil, Yeast Slurry, Sugar Syrups, Creams, Meat Chunk, Soup & Sauces, Tooth Paste, Resins, Jams, Jellies chocolate mixtures, Ice Cream, essential oil, shampoo , cheese, Face cream , Lotions, Baby Foods, tomato ketchup, fruit juice etc.

The AM / BM - Series Positive Displacement Progressive Cavity Screw Pumps has unique pumping principle applied employs a highly precision manufactured Metallic Single helical rotor turning inside a double internal helical resilient stator. Thereby forming cavities confined by a Sealing Line which is maintained at stand still and during rotation. While the rotor rotates in the stator, the cavity formed between them progresses form suction to delivery side, gently carrying the medium.

Material of Construction

Standard AM series pumps are made of with cast iron casting. All the rotating parts including the rotor are made of Ni-cr or Stainless Steel. For abrasive applications Tool steel hardened and Hard Chrome plated Rotor is used. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft gland packing or mechanical Seal as desired. Stores are usually of Natural or Nitrile Polymer, but to suit the mediums, EPDM, Hypalon, Silicon are also used. The Standard BM series pumps have wettable pump housing and rotating parts of SS304/SS316. For Special application of highly corrosive fluids Ebonite /FRP Lined housing parts are used, while rotating parts made of Haste-alloy, Alloy 20 or other Super Alloys. Both AM & BM pump series pumps are supplied with I.S.O. suction and delivery connection. Alternately pumps can also be supplied with B.S., DIN or special connections to suit the specific requirements.
