How to Prepare
Cook 500 gms. Of vegetables used for south Indian samber and keep it aside. Cook 70 Gms. Of tur dal in 1 liter of waterm one teaspoon of refined beg. Oil & a pich of turmeric. To this add cooked vegetles, tamarind juice little jaggery and salt to taste, Then add 3-4 teaspoon Mathura Sambar powder and mix well. Boil for 5 mins. To this add one tablespoon of seasoned refined veg. Oil with mustard, urad dal, curry leaves & mix well.

Churn the cooked dal and to this add 2 table spoons full of Mathura Rasam powder. Tamarind juice salt and little of jaggery to taste. Stir well and boil for 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander while serving season with oil, mustard seeds and asafoetida.
