DEVRAJ make 3 Roller Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine, Double Pinch Rolling Machine.
All the Rolls are made of alloy steel i.e. EN8 / EN9 or equivalent. Proper care is taken while designing the dimension of Rolls so that deflection during Operation is kept to bare minimum. Top roll rotates in fixed centers. A shell is formed around the Top Roll. The Drop-end bearing of the Top Roll Permit quick and easy removal of rolled pipe/shell., while the roll itself remains in horizontal positions by hydraulic arrangement.
