Construction: Superior quality & finish. All these autoclaves are made of 8 gauge aluminum. The drum is deep drawn. The lid is die casted. Locking of lid by 6 nuts with rubber gasket seal in between (no metal to metal seal). Two safety valves, pressure gauge, flexible metal tubing to exhaust air. Includes outer stand, inner tripod stand.
Instrument Sterilizers, electric, with hinged lid fitted with immersion rod and water outlet tap, seamless stainless steel construction. Fitted with automatic cutoff safety pin device, thermostat & tray lifting arrangement.
Steam sterilizer, pressure type, single rack, used to sterilize reusable: syringes and needles. Aluminium vessel with high pressure seal suitable for carrying out sterilisation using superheated steam. Steam sterilizer designed to operate on external heat source (non-electric) at +121C over a 20 minute period.
Components:Aluminium vessel with heat resistant handles. Aluminium cover with heat resistant handles , rubber sealing gasket, pressure valve & safety plug. 1 aluminium rack with 1 lid, for 36 syringes ( 4 syringes 5ml, 16 syringes 2 ml, 16 syringes 1 ml) and 40 needles. Sterilization capacity: 5.5 litres.
Supplied with:1 x sterilization indicator sticker (pack of 100), 3 x spare sealing gaskets, 1 x plastic bowl for washing syringes, 1 x carrying bag, 1 x user manual in English.
The Super Deluxe Series Autoclaves are sturdily constructed in rustproof, heavy gauge aluminum for use in rugged condition. Its a unique vessel that generates steam under pressure and temperature between 120C to 125C. On reaching the right temperature the instruments are subject to a saturated steam environment for a pre-specified time which results in safe and guaranteed sterilization. Available in various models and sizes from 6 liters capacity to 39 liters capacity to suit different application. These can be used on electricity as well as on any external heat source such as kerosene stove, gas burner, wood & charcoal.

Locking of lid by 6 nuts with rubber gasket seal in between (not metal to metal seal). Two safety valves, pressure gauge, flexible metal rubbing to exhaust air. Includes outer stand, inner aluminum container, inner tripod stand.
Construction: These portable vertical autoclaves are made out of thick high quality (14 gauge) stainless steel sheet, deep drawn to cylindrical shape, having no joints and welding. Seamless construction allows no bacteria residue and free from dirt accumulation. Fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve (weight type), seam/pressure release cock, lid handle. Lid is similar to pressure cooker with locking over rubber gasket.
