Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint is a new generation highway marking system, preferred the world over, for its ease of usage and extended life cycle as compared to conventional solvent based paints. Thermoplastic paints are also environmentally, more friendly with no carcinogenic solvents used. We are engaged on providing a wide range of Bright line Thermoplastic Paints, which is a retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint. It is a synthetic resin based thermosetting material offering superior weathering resistance and color stability. The intermix and drop on glass beads ensure long lasting retro reflectivity. These are available in white and yellow color as per the clients specific requirements and have excellent wear resistance to ensure long life of the marking. Scope Of Work

• Pre marking required for lane marking by pre marking machine or by manual method
• Application of road marking paint with automatic/semi automatic/hand prime machine, meltor and skilled labors
• Normal cleaning of surface required prior to application of paint
• Primer application by machine or by brush
• Name of the paint is Brightline

Precautions

• Minimize dusting of the material during use
• Paint Material Consumption in 1 Sqm = maximum 5 kg
• Drop on Glass Beads Consumption in 1 Sqm = 250gm
• Specification: MoRTH , B.S. and as per client Requirement
• Use of personal protective equipment like facemasks, goggles, heat resistant gloves and protective clothing while handling the material is recommended
• Do not inhale product or fumes, do not ingest
• Avoid eye contact. If contacted, wash copiously with water
• Contact of molten product with skin would lead to thermal burns
• Flush with cold water; do not remove material as it would lead to severe tissue Damage

Applications

• Add one bag of Bright line in pre-heater and allow it to melt
• Keep on adding Bright line one bag at a time and allow it to melt before adding another bag, depending upon the capacity of pre-heater
• Do not allow temperature to rise beyond 210^oC. Ideally Bright line shall be melted between 180 - 210 ^oC
• Mix Bright line with in-built motorized stirrer of pre-heater for a few minutes at 180-210^oC
• Offload the hot melted Brightline in application unit and keep on stirring it with inbuilt stirrer of application unit
• Reference line shall be marked on pavement with nylon rope and chalk prior to application or by our Pre-Marking Machine
• Brightline shall be screened / extruded at the requisite thickness
• Type I glass beads (MoRTH / BS 6088A) shall be dispensed from the in-built dispenser of application unit @ 250-300 gms / sqm simultaneously
• The finished lines shall be true to level, uniform and free from streaks
• If the application cannot be done using application unit, approved manual method shall be adopted
