Containerized Sewage Treatment Plant

Dhal Engineering offers a compact and decentralized wastewater treatment solution for small, remote communities without access to the municipal sewer system. With the absence of an infrastructure with canals to the nearest municipal wastewater treatment plant and associated pumping stations, a wastewater treament on site by Dhal Engineering proves to be economically very advantageous.
To enable customers to be able to transport our manufactured Sewage Treatment, Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plants, Akar Impex Private Limited manufactures a range of plants having different applications, capacities and matrerial of constructions.
We manufacture Containerized Plants for waste-water Treatment for all types of applications and sizes. We provide operators room, supply all equipment, tanks and electronics also in the containers. We can supply openable containers as well as completely enclosed systems. Please contact us for details.
Containerized Plants for waste-water Treatment are preferred for use at camp sites, construction sites, resorts, army camps and Government projects. Where there is a likely hood of shifting of the plants, ACONSET plants are a must.
These plants come factory assembled. There is therefore no need for carrying out any installation at site. This means two things. Firstly the plant is ready for operation almost as soon as it arrives. It hardly requires any installation. The user has just to connect pipes and the plant is ready to perform. Secondly, the containerized plant has very compact foot print. The plant occupies much less space than normal. Third advantage is that there is no need to build shelters to cover the plant. Fourthly, if the buyer so desires, operators cabling is also provided with the plant within container.

Automatic / manual operation

Our systems are equipped both with manual as well as with a microprocessor-based monitoring and control system. This system may be remotely monitored via telephone modem. The automatic control system is equipped with manual overrides should manual control become necessary.

External power operated or self generated power for plant.

Standard systems are supplied with equipment operating on AC power with 440 volts 3 phase, 50 Hz cycle motors (except dosing pumps, which operate on single phase, 220 volts). The power has to be supplied from external mains electric supply to the control panel provided in the plant. On demend, Dhal Engineering can design and supply systems with diesel generators to operate all equipment installed in the plant.

Package RO

Reverse Osmosis popularly known as RO is most popular membrane filtration world wide. It is used in wide variety of applications like to produce drinking water, to reduce dissolved solids in process feed water and reduce dissolved solids in process effluents from wide range of industries. Basically RO is the reverse process of natural osmosis. In this process pressure higher than that of the natural Osmotic pressure drives the solvent towards the dilute solution. Water Softener

The Water Softener, offered by us, is designed by the experienced engineers in compliance with the set industrial quality standards only. Process
  • During service period polystyrene base resins in sodium form adsorb calcium, magnesium in raw water and after producing certain amount of soft water these are exhausted.
  • These then require regeneration with 5 to 10% common salt solution
  • In case of big units, saturated salt solution is prepared in a r. C. C. Tank and required amount of brine is drawn in a brine measuring tank
  • The brine soln. Is then diluted with the help of an injector and fed into the softener. In case of medium size softener salt solution is prepared in a salt pot and instantly fed into the softener
  • In case of small size softener, salt is dumped inside the shell. Excess brine is then drained during the period of rinsing with filtered water
  • Soft water is then tested with the help of a hardness test kit and fed into different processes
  • A water meter is incorporated on the line for measuring total amount of soft water treated by the softening unit.
