With patented technology, we are able to produce thin & porous film which is approx. 150 microns. duratec leathers are breathable offering comfort with performance. We are specialised in manufacturing of Goat Antique Suede or Goat Antik Suede Leather. Goat Antik Suedes are manufactured from carefully chosen South Indian Goat skins. The skins of heavy thickness and bigger size are sorted out and used for our Goat Antique Suede. These skins are tanned with our proprietary vegetable tannage named East India Tanned / E.I. Tanned. They are again carefully selected for size, thickness, selection, surface defects. Only the approved skins are further processed with our special tannage to achieve softness similar to Deer skins. We give special drum process and spray techniques to achieve the Antique effects and Natural Washed techniques, different textures. Our Antique Suedes are suitable for traditional Bavarian Jackets and clothings like Lederhosen, Bundhosen or Kniebundhosen. Our Goat Antik Suedes offers excellent durability, stitch tear strength, toungue tear strength, elongation and burst strength. As the recent temperature in Germany keeps increasing year on year, We concentrate in developing our leathers with high light fastness. Owing to its excellent quality, our leather is widely used by leading brands of Bavarian Lederhosen, Trachten & Dirndl manufacturers across many parts of the world. We also offer Stout Suedes which are also used in Bavarian clothings especially for Oktoberfest.

For requirements of Heavy Suedes, for the application of Riding boots, Ladies Ankle boots, Goat Antique Lederhosen, Trachten and other types of Leather Products, Goat Stout Suedes are ideal. We make thickness ranging from 0.6-1.2mm in Goat Suedes with size range of 5-8sft / piece. The leathers are ideally chosen from Domestic raw materials from South India and sometimes from Australian Goat. Then it is tanned with our propretory vegetable tannage named East India Tanned/E.I. Tanned. Further to this it is carefully dyed with Italian chemistry and technology to achieve fine nap, soft & smooth touch and pleasant feel. Where necessary if is imparted with high sheen & lustre. Goat Upper Leathers are suitable for all types of Sandals & Shoes preferably for Ladies, Kids & light weight Men's footwear. Goat Upper leathers are made from domestic South Indian Goat skins. They are tanned with our proprietary vegetable tannge named E.I. Tanned / East India Tanned. Further to this they are retanned and dyed with Italian technology to achieve high shine, natural, pebbles on the grain with imparts a rich, classic look and feel on the leather products. Goat Shoe Suede Leather commonly called as Kid Suede are manufactured from medium sized Goat Skins carefully sorted for size, shape and selection. The Goat Skins are sourced from South India and tanned with our proprietary vegetable tanning methods popularly known as East Indian Tanned / E.I. Tanned. They are carefully buffed on flesh side to achieve uniform nap and further processed to achieve soft, smooth touch and sheen. The thickness is corrected precisely with Italian machines and all leathers are hand made with Italian technology and chemistry. They have natural milled pebbles of grain texture which makes them ideal for Sandals, Ladies shoes, Kids shoes, Riding boots. etc.
