The Chain Feeding System which is imported from Ska, Italy makes feeding an easy task. The Hoppers distribute feed throughout the house. With agitator and floor support legs, they are easily adjustable in height. The chain speed is 18-36 m/min and the hopper comes with one or two motor. An Independent drive unit can be used when the hopper is fitted in a different place to drive unit. The line is completely suspended for easier adjustment and house cleaning operation. Feed trough of galvanised steel, with anti waste edges, in 3 mtrs. Long sections, supported by hot dipped galvanised stands, adjustable height upto 40cm from the floor. Restricted feed troughs combined with high chain speed, for controlled feeding of breeders without wastage. The grill encourages the bird to spread out preventing crowding. The corner is used to change direction through 90 degree. The wheel have synthetic bushes for smooth operation. The chain guide rails are made from case hardened steel. The feed cleaner can be used to remove shavings and foreign bodies from the system. It can be fitted anywhere in the circuit.
