Remote Alarm Monitor unit DTRAM1001is a versatile, reliable and ergonomically designed product from Digant Technologies. This product reads status and fault alarm data at any cell tower station, reports the data through GSM / GPRS medium to a central server. The system / server sends SMS alerts to the field staff on occurrences of various events based alarms. Hence helps eliminate the downtime related penalties. System minimizes the number of unnecessary visits to sites by having clear, accurate and up to date information about the status of alarms at remote sites. In case of GPRS failure, the system reads and sends the site status information to a mobile number via SMS on request.
