The model 1661MC5 is a microprocessor based instrument, designed to accept strain data from five points using strain gage sensors / bridge
The input signal is amplified by high performance amplifier and fed to precision analog to digital converter (ADC)
The data of ADC is processed by microcontroller and displayed directly in engineering units
Full and half bridge configuration may be used
Channel selection, bridge configuration, null balance and gauge factor setting, may be done through keys provided on front panel
Online data is available on PC through serial port on command
The measured data is displayed on a 2x20 intelligent LCD display
Highly stabilized amplifier, make it suitable for Creep / RS measurement
