Our product range contains a wide range of Raisin (Bedana Cleaning) Gradation Machine
The machine is used for processing of dried grapes which involves detaching fruit (dried grape) from stem and separation of good fruit from stem , cap stem, poor fruit.
The dried grapes along with stem are fed into the rotor which is conical in shape & has rubber beaters. While passing through the rotor, the fruit gets beaten off from the stem & the whole mass is discharged on the separator which consists of three different size sieves & a blower. While passing under the suction pipe of the blower, the stem gets sucked in being lighter in weight and the fruit passes on. There are three different sizes of sieves & therefore the fruit is graded in four sizes.
The second blower is provided to remove the poor fruit and small pieces of stem which were hidden under a layer of good fruit & stem & hence was not sucked in first blower. As most of the stem is removed by first blower, the volume is reduced. Naturally remaining material gets spread better & remaining unwanted material is removed in second blower and only good, clean Bedana (Raisin) is graded in four sizes.
