We offer a complete product range of Compressed Air Dryer Refrigeration and Compressed Air Dryer Dessicant

Compressed Air Dryer Refrigeration

It employs a Vapor-Compression Refrigeration Cycle commonly found in household Refrigerators and Air Conditioners to bring down the sensible temperature of Compressed Air. When we cool the Compressed Air down to around 2°C, Moisture in the Compressed Air turns into Bulk Liquid which is further separated in the stream Technical Specifications:

  • Maximum Pressure Capacity: 16 bar
  • Standard Flow Capacities: 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 50, 60, 100, 125, 200, 250, 300 CFM and so on
  • Pressure Dew Point (PDP): 3°C

Compressed Air Dryer – Dessicant

The compressed air is passed through a pressure vessel with two “towers” filled with a media such as activated alumina, silica gel, molecular sieve or other desiccant material. This desiccant material attracts the water from the compressed air via ‘adsorption’ process. As the water clings to the desiccant, the desiccant “bed” becomes saturated. The dryer is timed to switch towers based on a standard time cycle, once this cycle completes some compressed air from the system is used to “purge” the saturated desiccant bed by simply blowing the water that has adhered to the desiccant off.  Technical Specifications:

  • Maximum Pressure Capacity: 16 bar
  • Standard Flow Capacities: 10, 20, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300 CFM and so on
  • Pressure Dew Point (PDP): -20°C up to -70°C
