Ditex Sample Dyeing Machine of single vessel or multi vessel on single table where each vessel runs individually. 

• Each machine capacity can be either single bobbin, 2 bobbins, 3 bobbins, up-to 5 bobbins. 

• Machines are HT/HP running pressure 4.5 bar, max temperature 135° C.

 • Capacities of vessel vary from 200gms up to 1.5kg each bobbin.

 • Machines are suitable for dyeing all type of yarns in package forms.

 • Machine can also dye various forms of material like cone, narrow width, elastic tape, loose fiber, zipper tape, ribbons, tops, knitted hose, fabric and hanks by interchanging the carrier.

 • Machines are fully automatic and has a single control panel enclosure with an option of multi touch screen or single touch screen and individual PLC control. 

• These machines are designed for sample to bulk production. 

• Heating system is electric or steam.
