FRL Units are provided to reduce friction & prevent corrosion of the moving parts of an air-actuated mechanism powered by compressed air.
After filtration, the regulated air enters the lubricator where due to pressure drop at the oil metering orifice, the oil is projected upwards & the oil rate is adjusted by the venturi valve to get the correct oil-to-air density ratio.

FRL Units are available as under

• Filter Regulator combined with Lubricator i.e. FR+L
• Filter + Regulator + Lubricator i.e. F+R+L
• Accessories include Mounting Bracket with Nuts, Bolts & Pressure Gauge.
• Standard Drain provision is Manual type, Auto-Drain also available for Filter / Filter Regulator ssembly.
• Provision of Integral Relief Valve to relieve excess pressure in case of over-pressure onditions. No need for any external relief valve / blow off valve.
• The FRL Units are self-actuating with intermittent bleed.
• Available up to 2” size with Screwed Connections.
