The plating unit is built for gold and rhodium plating on jewellery. Pieces must be first degreased, than they can be gold or rhodium plated. Also we use two tone process in plating system. The two tone process we done by using masking tape and lacker. It is easy to complete the process on normal surface or small work but we can't done the two tone process in critical areas and more work is taking so much time and take man power in huge way, that time the pave process is a method that define or critical areas, in a selective way without using plating obtaining multicolor plating's. This process is saves the time without using more man power.

Degreasing, Activation, muliple Rinsing, before Flash and Rhodium tanks all placed according to the order of process and ease of operation and in controlled temperature value. During the electrochemical reaction a DC current gold ions from the gold bath solution is adhered on to the negatively charged piece or article. Gold as itself is ductile and malleable. For enhancing the properties of the articles, materials like Silver, Copper and Nickel are introduced and gold plating is done of it to mimic the same appearance of gold.
