The Mild Steel Impact Crusher Machine is a heavy-duty crushing unit designed for efficient size reduction of various materials such as limestone, coal, gypsum, bauxite, dolomite, and mineral ores. Constructed with a robust mild steel body, it features a horizontal shaft impact mechanism where high-speed rotating hammers or blow bars strike the material, breaking it down into desired sizes. The machine offers a feed size capacity of up to 300 mm and delivers adjustable output sizes ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm. It operates with rotor speeds between 1000 to 1500 RPM and is powered by motors ranging from 10 HP to 100 HP, depending on the capacity, which typically varies from 1 TPH to 100 TPH.
The crusher supports both semi-automatic and automatic operations and is available with skid-mounted or stationary frame options. It is driven via a belt or direct drive system and features replaceable high-manganese steel blow bars and wear-resistant liner plates for extended durability. The discharge can be configured for gravity or conveyor output. Compatible with standard three-phase voltage configurations (220V/380V/440V) at 50 Hz, the machine may also include air or water cooling systems if required. Designed for industrial crushing applications, this impact crusher ensures high performance, ease of maintenance, and reliable operation in demanding environments.
