The series PM 1000 suspended particulate monitor sensor is reliable dust collector emission and leak detector. The sensor connects directly to PLCs or other system which accepts 4-20 mA. Further the adjustable liner output scaling enables both the baseline and peak emissions that are caused by filter cleaning cycles.Alarm setting possible at any predefined value.
The PM1000 works on field proven combination of induction and protected-prove technologies. As particles flow near and around the sensor probe , minute currents are dynamically included into the probe (Tribo-Electric Charge). The signal gets converted into an absolute output relative to the amount of particulate. Protective layers over prove work in combination with introduction sensing to ensure reliable operation with all types of particulate including moist powder sand highly conductive dusts. Maintenance is minimal and there is no need for an air purge.
