The sigma kneader is used for intensive kneading, homogenizing pasty, mixing, viscous and thick plastic compounds & for mixing & kneading fine and coarse grained material. We offer the sigma kneader at affordable rates to the clients. mode of operationkneading and mixing machines arrangement comprises of two specially designed duplex type kneading arms or blades in one piece very precisely machined for accurate and proper shape and arranged horizontally in a trough, the lower portion of which consists of two semi-cylinders, revolving towards one another in opposite direction which provides highly intensive mixing, kneading and homogenizing action, even with materials of toughest consistency. the emptying is effected by tilting the trough by means of a handle in case of the small size & by inching device or motor in case of large sizes. The whole kneading trough is capable of tilting from horizontal to vertical position through an angle of 110 for easy discharge of material. The machine can also be arranged for heating and cooling by providing a jacket.
