The parts are made to customer's specifications and requirements. Facilities are available for manufacturing of any type of complex shapes. We focus on high volume, challenging and precision production orders. Dulocos has been manufacturing sheet metals pressed parts for the past whole decade. This has been our core activity since our commencement. We make metal parts, pierced, blanked, drawn, notched or any other operation as per the customers requirements. Our components have been used in various industries like automotive, electronics and defense. With our highly equipped tool room and press machines, we are capable of manufacturing almost anything which can be fabricated from sheet metal.  

Dulocos has to its credit many dies which shiver the backbones of the leading conglomerates in this industry. With more than two decades of experience in the Die manufacturing industry, nothing fears us except the thought of not getting the die through in the first trial itself. All pressed tools are manufactured by using the latest machines like the CNC Vertical Machining Center, CNC Wirecut EDM and Spark Erosion EDM. Dulocos has also been manufacturing progressive dies which considerably reduce the manufacturing cost and also the time.  

We make the highest quality moulds using state of the art machines, best raw material and cutting tools available in the market. All our moulds are machined on CNC Vertical Machining Center (Deckel Maho, Germany).  This is an exceptional machine capable of giving high accuracy and surface finish up to 5 microns. We also have trial facility for plastic injection moulds. We at dulocos are capable of manufacturing moulds for:   Injection moulding Thermoforming Vaccum-forming Rubber components Blow moulding

Drilling jigs, Milling fixtures, Assembly fixtures, Material Handling fixtures are all a part of our product list. All the above Jigs, Fixtures etc. are manufactured to customer’s specifications. Profile cutting, once thought to be a dreaded machining job, involving a lot of planning and time on any conventional machine. However, with machines like CNC Vertical Machining Center, CNC EDM Wire Cut, CNC Turret, Punch Press have made these jobs much simpler and accurate to accomplish.
