Application

The product is mainly used in mixing, coloring and drying of various resin such as polyethylene, polyproplyene, polyvinyl chloride etc. and in the process of drying and volatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS, polycarbonate etc. before forming and processing as well as in the mixture of phenolic resin.
The unit combines heat mix and cool mix together, the materials after heat mix can get into cool mix for cooling automatically, exhausts remaining gases and avoids agglomerates.

Main features:

  • The cylinder body is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel.
  • The blade adopts high-strength stainless steel.
  • The cylinder body with special design has good self-cleaning performance.
  • The principal axis was sealed up by a frameworks made of special material to effect the performance of anti-greasing and resistance of high temperature.
  • Its heating mixing has functions such as self-friction, electric heating and steam heating or air heating model.
  • Arch pot cover of cooling machine is uneasy to be deformed.
  • The baffle board with flexible operation ensures even mixing of materials.
  • Conjugated high and low rotating speeds ensures the mixing effect of materials.
