Its usage saves time, material wastage and labor of consumers as it is available in pre-packed kit form.We manufacture the ready made Rubberized Cork Washer kit (19 rings of various sizes) ready to use for the Transformer. Also we manufacture washers and rings as per customer’s drawings or sample.

Spiral Wound Gaskets are perfect solution for flanged joints, heat exchangers, boiler handholes, manholes, and other high-temperature, high-pressure applications—providing resistance to precisely every known corrosive and toxic element.
Spiral Wound Gaskets are made as per ASME B16.20 to suit ASME B16.5 flanges and as per “A” Series and “B” Series to suit ASME B16.47 flanges. We also make spiral as per DIN 2632-2638, IS Standards, etc. and depending on the chemical compatibility requirements, the filler and winding material used in these gaskets can be changed.

Non-Asbestos Flange Gaskets are designed to seal the space between two sections of pipe. They have very good heat resistant properties. They are also good for use in applications that put them into contact with water, steam, petrol or natural gas.
We are manufacturing these gaskets as per ASME B16.20 standards suitable for flanges as per ASME B16.5 and ASME B16.47 Series A & B. We also manufacture gaskets as per standard sizes and non-standard sizes as per customer’s specifications and drawings.
Full Face Gasket:-
These gaskets have bolt holes in them and cover a large part of the face of the flange.
Suitable for : Flat Face Flanges.
Ring Gasket/Inner Bolt Circle Gasket (IBC):-
These gaskets do not have any bolts and sits inside the bolts fastening the pipe flanges.
Suitable for : Raised Face Flanges.
