It demonstrate all the process of ice formation including flakes formation, dependence of can width upon time of ice formation all within 4 hours. Also, it is a small unit, occupying small space & being trolley mounted, can be located anywhere. Both inner & outer tanks are stainless steel, give very longlife. Thus it gives a compact, long life unit with a practical completion period of only 4 hours, and presents a good quality low cost unit.
