This is GMP model Double Rotary type Tablet Press. It is suitable for medium batch production of Single Layer tablets as well as double layer tablets with additional attachments. Reverse direction motion protection & interlocked upper guards provided for safety purpose. Hydraulic pressure is used in the tablet press for compaction. Provided with double sided lifting cams, extra hand wheel is provided for easy loading of punch die sets. It has easy one shot lubrication system. Options are available for customization like (1) Force Feeding Attachment (2) Two Layer Bi-layer Tablet Attachment (3) Auto Lubrication Pump (4) AC variable Drive & Electromagnetic Clutch.Double Rotary Tablet Press is available in 27 station D or 27 station B tooling, 35 station B tooling or 45 station BB Tooling.
