Our Products
We offer a complete product range of Semi Metallic Gasket, Non Metallic Gaskets, Rubber Gaskets, PUMPS AND VALVES GASKETS and PTFE Gaskets
We offer a wide variety of semi metallic gaskets which are manufactured using high quality raw materials such as nickel, titanium, monal, inconel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, ceramic, graphite, asbestos and several other materials. These gaskets are available in the range of Spiral wound, metal jacketed and exchanger gaskets, KAMM profile grooved gaskets and metal reinforced graphite gaskets. They are also consist of metal cover and soft sealing material filler. These gaskets have temperature range from cryogenic to 1000 c and high vacuum to over 350 bars. We offer good performance on difficult dry gas on high vaccum applications. Semimetallic gaskets are widely used in Steam, Petrochemicals, Marine, Nuclear and High Pressure line flanges.
Our high quality non-metallic gaskets are manufactured using raw material such as CAF sheets, non-asbestos sheet material, non-asbestos millboard, insulation sheets, graphite, thermo plastics, glass fiber and many other materials. These products are available in ranges such as cut gaskets, washers, spacers, heat shields, beater addition sheets, PTFE envelopes, cork/rubber sheets etc.
With our extensive processing capabilities, we are able to make close tolerance rubber gaskets quickly and effectively. We are also manufacturing and supplying rubber gaskets, "O" rings, Moulded Rubber Products, Oil seals, Rubber sheets of various varieties in natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, buytile, viton and silicon components to all industries which we are supplying industrial gasket.
These versatile gaskets find their applications in areas such as valve, bonnets, pump easings, gate & globe valves, control valves, valve steam, stuffing box and pump glands. They are made of superior quality monal, graphite, CAF and PTFE. These gaskets are available in the range of plain spiral, elliptical shape, metal reinforced, graphite, molded and packing rings.
PTFE is generally used because of its outstanding chemical resistance. Note that it can be prone to relaxation and creep. PTFE can be used as a cover around the inside edge of a fibre joint, to produce what is known as PTFE Envelope Gasket as well as used as a filler in spiral wound gasket and as a covering surface layer for Kammprofile gasket. These efficient gaskets are manufactured to be used against acids, alkalis, chlorine gas and organic solvents up to the temperature range of 1100 C to 1500 c and pressure up to 20 Kg/Cm2 . These products are available in the range of solid flat PTFE gaskets, PTFE o ring gaskets and PTFE envelope gaskets. This range of our products is suitable for usage in chemical and petrochemical industries.
These gaskets are especially manufactured keeping in view the requirements of automobile industry. They are available in different kits, in which we offer materials such as cylinder head, exhaust manifold, water pumps, fuel pumps and carburetors. The raw materials used in manufacturing of these products are non-asbestos sheeting, graphited laminates, laminated stainless steel, millboard, flexoid, oil resistant papers, CAF, thermo plastics and elastomers.
