Specification of Hydro- Pneumatic Presses :- 1). Tonnage : - 2T, 4T, 8T, 15T, 30 T2). Total Travel STROKE (mm) : - 50 , 75, 100, 1503). Power Stoke (mm) :- 6 , 12 , 244). Air Pressure require :- 3 Bar min and 6 Bar max5). Air Quality :- Filtered (40 Microns) Lubricated.6). Electrical Power :- 230 VAC , 5 AMP Working of Hydro - Pneumatic Press : It controlled by the manipulation of pressurized air. The air is forced into a tube which fills with the air and applies pressure that causes the press to move downwards. Once the press stroke is finished, the air is evacuated through valves and Mechanical Springs cause the pump to move upward again. Advantages of Pneumatic Press :- 1). Low consumption of air, thus minimum electricity consumption which, helps in cost reduction of final output.2). Hydro - Pneumatic Presses greater advantages is their speed . They can move 10 times faster than hydraulic Press.3). It is very versatile, able to be placed in factory in any position.4). Easy to use 5). They have very few moving parts, making them very low maintenance . They have no fluid inside them , so no fear of leakage. Very few parts require Oiling.7). Air tubes in a Hydro - Pneumatic Press can last upto five years without being replaced.8). Simple operating system allows user to understand the mechanism quickly.9). These presses can also be made to run on automatic cycles when automatic feeding arrangements are provided Application Areas :- Drawing Flaring, Pressing Squeezing, Edging Bending, Blanking Shearing, Riveting, Marking, Embossing, Forming , Peening, Crimping , etc.
