Dynavac Baghouse Dust Collectors can be used for a variety of applications while providing dependable, long life-cycle, maintenance free performance. These are some of the most efficient and cost effective dust collector models for capture of heavy dust quantities such as from bin venting and for applications like product reclamation.
In Baghouse Dust Collectors, the dust filled air stream passes through fabric bags that filter the dust particles. High-pressure cleaning air is also blown periodically in the reverse or opposite direction of the dust-laden stream, to clean the dust cake that would form on the filter surface. This system known as a reverse pulse jet system is continuous or online. In these dust collectors, cleaning will be done continuously without interrupting the process.

Dynavac High Filtration Dust Collectors Machines are high performance dust collectors used to collect air borne dust from processing machines which emits huge quantity of dust in a less span of time. These machines are equipped with Cartridge/Filter bags with high filtration area which filters 100% of the dust collected from the machine.
Why High Filtration?
A performance of a dust collector is also depends upon the filtration efficiency (choking time of filter). When a huge quantity of dust is captured by the dust collector it is important that the filter is efficient enough to filter those dusts that is captured, these filters which is equipped are efficient enough to filter those dusts. Due to this the machine can be run without any deviation in the performance of the machine.

Dynavac Large Filter Dust Collectors collect dust using fabric dust bags and for most applications are one of the most efficient and cost effective dust collector models. In these dust collectors, the dust filled air passes through fabric bags that filter the dust particles. The filter surface area required to collect the dust depends on the amount of dust and the type of dust being collected.
To clean the filter, a quick burst of compressed air is shot through the filter media in the opposite direction of the dusty air. During normal dust collection, dusty air flows through the filter, and a solid layer of dust forms on the filter surface. A quick burst of air is shot through the filter using a pulse jet mechanism in the opposite direction which knocks the dust off the filter.
Dynavac Down Draft Tables are an all in one combined workbench where source capture and collection of dust is done. The downdraft table draws contaminants away from the workers breathing zone without limiting his productivity. The tabletop is slotted to allow dust filled air into the filtration chamber where the dust is captured using cartridge filters. Fine dust and particulate is drawn down through suction provided by a centrifugal blower fan.
Also theUpgraded versionof this model is developed with the added features and advanced design fromDynavacis that It has anonline cleaning, Where downdraft tables can be fitted with compressed air pulse jet cleaning. If not, the cartridge filters will need to be cleaned offline on a periodic basis between shifts or as required. Cartridge life is usually shorter when cleaning is not done in a routine manner and may need to be replaced.

Dynavac Grind Master are user friendly machine which is easy to move and compact. Our Grind Master are equiped with high quality filter to filter the minute dust particles.
In these dust collector the dust with air enters our dust collector and all the dust particles are filtered in the filtration unit and only air passes aways through the exhaust.
Cyclone dust collectors are also sometimes referred to as cyclone separators. They are primarily used to remove heavier density particles. The cyclone dust collector system uses centrifugal force to collect and direct dust towards the collection bin which is positioned at the bottom.
