Dynemech's Anti-Vibration Tablesare ideal for Testing / Quality Laboratories co-located with industrial units having high degree of vibration due to working machines like presses, hammers, VMCs etc. An anti vibration table is designed for cooperation with analytical and laboratory balances or control scales.
Our Anti-Vibration Tables are designed with Granite Surface Plate with Grade-1 accuracy for critical measuring accuracies. Also, vibration damping in our Anti-Vibration tables are provided at two locations - below the granite table top and at the bottom usinglevelling feet which can help in proper levelling of the table as well as having insulation plate to remove any unwanted vibrations. Additionally, we can select Elastomeric, Pneumatic or Spring Based Damping depending upon the vibrations present in the Testing Laboratory.
The Vibration Isolated Table (VIT) finds usage in critical areas where reading accuracy of instruments is affected by unwanted vibrations like Analytical Balances, Hardness Testers, Spectroscopes, Microscopes, Roughness Testers, Galvanometers, Profile Projectors, Atomic Force Microscopes, Roundness Testers, Electronic Microscopes and Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers.
Avail Machinery Raiser Damping Blocks Series DRC from us that is perfectly suitable for machines with plain holes in the base. Machinery Raiser Damping Blocks Series DRC provides leveling of the machine by turning bolt for lifting the cover plate. These Machinery Raiser Damping Blocks in DRC Series are available in 150-100mm of height.
The Machinery Raiser Damping Blocks Series DR is vibration control equipment ideal for machines with tapped hole in the base. Machinery Raiser Damping Blocks in DR Series is provided with the dimple on top face of the mount where bolt rests. The size of the dimple varies from bolt diameter available in the machine.

Dynemech Wedge Mountsare designed for industrial machinery that require precision levelling and vibration absorption. This three piece wedgemount has an adjustable bolt which moves the centre wedge between the top & bottom wedges. The movement of the center wedge provides precision height adjustment which can be used for machine leveling. Large supporting surface ensures solidity and rigidity.
All Wedge Mounts have a specialized elastomeric insulation plate at the bottom which provides vibration damping capabilities. These insulation plates are customized for damping different frequencies. All our Anti Vibration mounts have different vibration damping materials for precise machine vibration control. Different models of Anti Vibration Wedge Mounts are available depending on whether the machine needs to be:
Freely placed on the mounts (Series DF), Bolted to the mounts (Series DB), Bolted to the mounts and grouted to the floor (Series DT), Transmit load of the machine to the floor at 90 with very precise leveling (Series DTSP), Requires very high height adjustment range (Series DTH), A large centered hole instead of two eccentric hole with offset adjustable bolt to accommodate a bigger size bolt (Series DTO)
Vibration reduction is possible through assembling respective Dynemech insulation plates. These Anti Vibration mounts are suitable for heavy CNC machines and Power Presses as these mounts can take large loads and provide levelling adjustment. The Anti Vibration mounts have large surface area for maximum coverage under machine body and provide maximum support to machine during levelling.
