A typical standalone Solar photovoltaic home system comprises PV modules for charging the battery, Solar deep cycle battery for storage, a charge controller for the safe charging & discharging of the battery, lighting luminary & provision for connecting other loads (Radio, Tape recorders, Portable TV etc.) as well as a complete set of installation hardware.

Solar LED home lighting systems are ideal sources for providing indoor illumination in remote areas and un-electrified villages. The Solar LED home lighting system essentially consists of the Solar module, suitable module mounting structure, battery, battery box, charge-controller, luminaries, inter-connecting cables and switches etc. All light assemblies have built-in high efficiency and high frequency DC to AC inverter circuits for suitable to run CFL lamps. The Indoor lighting systems would also come with a provision to Mobile Charger. The lighting system is designed to operate 3 to 4 hours a day. Home light is a DC operated wall mountable indoor lighting LED luminary. It consists of a Power LED and a high frequency inverter.
