Circular Motion Vibrating Screens:
Ecoman's Circular Motion inclined Vibrating Screen is a two bearing free floating Vibrating Screen which efficiently screens all moderately free flowing materials.
The circular throw action is derived from imbalance weights which are attached to the ends of the vibrator unit and transmits uniform vibrations to all screening surfaces and ensures that material travels over the screening surfaces at a constant rate.
The amplitude or degree of vibration can be adjusted to suit a change of duty by adding or removing balance weight plates. Circular motion ensures rapid stratification at the feed end and produces an accurately sized product in the shortest possible time.

Linear Motion Vibrating Screens

Linear Motion Vibrating Screens

  • Lengths 2500 mm to 10000 mm
Linear Motion Vibrating Screens

Circular Motion Vibrating Screens have a limitation on Area of Deck to 14 to 18 square meters due to excessive load on the Bearings.
Whereas Linear Motion Vibrating Screens can be a better solution as they can offer a larger area for screening. Screens up to 40 square meters of Deck Area can be available in Single or Double Deck construction.
