Our parent co " Patson Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. ", started by Mahesh Patwardhan & Sonal Patwardhan started work in 1980 in Pune starting with Mud bricks, land development and Building construction. We then started manufacturing the above products. We established the 2nd unit in Goa Under the name " Elegant Flooring & Concrete Products " in 2000.
