Scaffold steel Planks are designed to be light-weight, safe and durable in direct response to user needs. This Product is Non-inflammable & fire resistant to ensure safety and assures high durability through the designs of reinforced cross section and convex tread surface. The tread surface has many punched holes so it is also Non-skid & allows water to drain through.
This is almost 20% lighter than the conventional wooden board hence highly recommended be using on construction site and best suiting for working platform for use at a high place.
Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is an engineered wood product that uses multiple layers of thin wood Assembled with exterior adhesives and pressed together. They often referred to as Laminated Plank and designed specifically for use as a working platform.
It is structurally superior to a standard scaffold plank in almost every way and is ideal for the heavy construction and petrochemicals markets due to its resilience to harsh chemicals. There is also a lower incidence of twisting, bowing or warping over time and the laminated veneer lumber used as a support in a weight bearing wall is less likely to buckle under the stress.
