We are an apex Elicon Coater Pharmaceutical Machinery Manufacturer, based in Thane, Maharashtra. We offer a range of Elicon Coater that is widely applicable for the purpose of coating pallets, granules and tablets. The Auto Coating Machine manufactured by us is built from Stainless Steel and has user-friendly applications.

  • All contact parts made of SS 316 as per GMP standard
  • Perforated pan with more than 55% perforation opening for process optimization and to reduce the losses during the process.
  • The unique perforated pan design utilizes a totally enclosed, highly efficient air flow system for maximum drying uniformity and minimum process air usage.
  • Pan speed control via VFD.
  • Front entry stainless steel arm, with facility to adjust the angle pf spray guns is provided
  • LHS and RHS wall of the machine will be insulated with Glass wool to prevent the heat lose.
