The pure electrolytic grade annealed copper conductor is wrapped with thin polyester film which provides for high electrical and thermal properties.The secondary dual insulation is Biaxial Oriented Poly Proplyene (BOPP) films which enable proper fusing of insulating material. It has excellent mechanical strength and is abrasion resistant. The most modern plant with sophisticated wrapping heads & in-line continuous heat shrinkage furnace is installed to get uniform covering.

The pure electrolytic grade annealed copper conductor is insulated with a superior grade HR PVC compound with uniform thickness by using most modern machinery and extrusion techniques to give it the necessary electrical strength and resistance to abrasion.

3 Core flat cables are manufactured for critical space requirement, protection against indefinite immersion in water under specified conditions, protection against rain-water and against ingress of small foreign bodies.
