Packaging Details : Protection: Marble is fragile and prone to scratches, cracks, and chipping. Packaging must prevent damage during handling, transit, and unloading.
Compliance: Use fumigated wooden crates/pallets meeting international standards (e.g., ISPM 15 for wooden packaging).
Labeling: Include clear labels with product details (type, size, quantity, thickness), handling instructions, and destination information.
Stability: Secure marble to prevent movement within containers, using straps, padding, and reinforcements.
Customs: Ensure packaging facilitates inspection and complies with destination country regulations.
Packaging: 1015 bundles (each with 815 slabs), packed in fumigated wooden frames with nylon sheets between slabs, Styrofoam padding, and iron/plastic straps.
Container: Loaded into a 20 ft box or open-top container on wooden bars, secured with wedges and straps.
Labeling: Each bundle labeled with slab count, dimensions, and handling instructions.
Weight Check: 10 tons fits within a 20 ft containers limit, leaving room for additional cargo if needed
