In our range, we are offering specialized Spot Welding Machine for Wire Cage Welding. This is basically multi spot welding machine used for welding cylindrical cages from wires. These machines are mostly used to build different types of cages like Guard cages for machinery's and reinforcement element of dust collectors in pollution control equipment. These machines are powerful enough and work on resistance spot welding principle and can achieve 8 to 20 spots in one stroke. Each spot with excellent strength is assured by independent current distribution. The adjustment of axial feed ranges from 100 mm min. To 350mm max. Wire Cage Spot Welding Machines come with radial rings which can be round, geometric to suit number of wires.
