  • Height up to 0.1mm
The crankshaft is placed vertically, so the structure is compact and the contour is beautiful. Using the combined pneumatic friction clutch and brake, the engagement is smooth, the action is agile and the noise is low. The gear pair adopts the flooding system lubrication. The slide block is six-face rectangle with longer guide track whose face is copper panel, so the guide precision is good. The press-down protection device is adopted to ensure safety and reliability in operation. For model JF21-2525B45, manual die set adjustment is adopted. For JF21-2545, there is scale display to show the die setting height. For JF21-25B, there is digital display of the die setting height (with the precision up to 0.1mm).

Double crankshaft pitman mechanisms dismiss side-force by reverse rotation. Using the wet combined friction clutch and brake of multi plate and imported hydraulic overload protector, response time is short, and automatic reset is rapid. So it is safe and reliable. The frame has the features of high precision, high strength, high rigidity, big worktable, big slide block bottom surface, etc. Its kit and controlling parts adopt imported and joint venture products. They are widely used in such fields as big steel plate processing, multiple dies automatic line, progressive die, and so on. JH25 series adopts dry pneumatic clutch, fixed speed.
