Dehydrated Onion Flakes are widely used in varied food preparations where-in along with onion taste and flavor, onion's texture and appearance is desired and can be easily used in salads & other preparations / servings after re-dehydration. Can be used in dry soups, mixes, specialty ethnic food preparations, canned/dried/frozen vegetable mixes, dry casserole mixes, stuffing mixes & fast food preparations.
Dehydrated Garlic Flakes are vastly used in varied food preparations when-in strong garlic flavor & taste is desired. Mostly used for canned soups, salads, hamburgers, pizzas & other fast food preparations where garlic appearance & textures is desired.
Dehydrated potato flakes are made by pressing cooked mashed potatoes on to a drum drier, which form a sheet that can be broken up and ground to the required density. Potato Flakes are used as an alternative to mashed potatoes.
