Entech engineering manufactured of concrete placer for placement of concrete at a distance vertically or horizontally. The mixed concrete from concrete from concrete mixture is transferred into the concrete placer. The compressed air supply is to be provided to the concrete placer through hose pipe. As soon as the compressed air supply is started the concrete from placer begins transferring from placer to pipe line and finally it reaches the point of placement, normally metallic pipe line of diameter 3", 5" or 6" are used depending on the operation that the placer is to perform. If required pipe line can be fitted with bend 30, 45, 60 or 90 degree as per site requirement. The machine can be equipped with strong based classis with wheels for easy movability. The placer is balance in such a way so as not to allow it to fall on either side. This allows moving of the placer on site manually by only a few workmen.

We are offering dry shotcrete machine. The machine works on a dry mix principle. The material is duly filled into the feeding hopper from where it fails into the chamber of revolving rotor. The mix is then transported in a continuous process to the air chamber; from there it is blown by the compressed air stream though the hose to spraying nozzle, and to the application area respectively. Water is added to the dry concrete in the nozzle at the end of the conveying sand blast pipe. The machine is driven by electric (10 h.p.) motor. The equipment is mounted on a strong based chassis with strong wheels and front handle for easy movability.
