GreenBio is a natural Process using Reed type wetland plants, Soil Bed, Deep boring Earthworms & different types of microorganism. Objective of SIBF is mainly to treat sewage or other effluents effectively with low energy, less manpower and operational costs. It works on a principle of conversion of complex organic matter to simple organic Manure.

MBBR contains a moving bio bed in the form of tube settlers which serves as a medium for biological growth but unlike other stationary bio growth supporting medium they contain moving tube settler.

R.O is used to purify water & remove salts & other impurities. As per the requirement flow the membrane are selected for the water purification. This systems are generally used for very pure water output.

This is a very enhanced technology consuming lot of energy. Here Rotating Biological contactors are medium for biological growth. The contactors are multiple disks attached with each other and submerged partially into water to be treated. The residence time inside gives the reaction time. The rotation lifts the effluent water and microbes on the surface do their job of decomposing them when surface comes out of water level.

Activated Sludge Process is most conventional method of biological treatment with limited energy requirements. The sludge generated in biological treatment is recycled back as bio medium. This recycle ratio maintains Mixed Liquid Suspended Solids of biological treatment. This technology however is very tedious as it takes a very long time to stabilize the MLSS and it cannot handle toxic shock loads.

SAFF technology is a process used to reduce the organic loading of residential and commercial sewage waste water, and in doing so will reduce the Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and a significant quantity of Suspended Solids (SS) which if otherwise untreated would contaminate river and sea outfalls

Bag filter is used for collection of dry free flowing dust; typically dust from the dust-laden air that enters by suction or positive pressure into the hopper. When this air travels across the filter media, the dust is retained on the filter element and the clean air passes through. The bags are periodically cleaned by Reverse Pulse jet type method.

It works by utilizing wind power induced by centrifugal action. The centrifugal force caused by rotating vanes creates low pressure which draws air out through rotating body. Amount of air drawn by ventilator is continuously replaced by fresh air from outside.
