Applications
We manufacture and supply F.D. Coolers which is a modern addition to the Pollution Control Device. F.D. Cooler is made of Mild Steel Casing with multi hopper. Apart from this, many pipes are given inside the structure to facilitate conversion of hot air into cool air. In FD Cooler, Cooling fans, and dust disposal is arranged through Rotary Air Valve. Along with canvas, duct and deposition bin are also provided to ensure that the disposed off ashes don't fly randomly anywhere, whether inside the plant or the surrounding atmosphere. F.D. Coolers main function is to cool down the temperature. Consequently, at this point FD Cooler, up to 70% of total pollutants get arrested and disposed through the valves. One more important feature of F.D. Coolers is that, it increases the life of Filter Bags, installed at Bag- House. We can supply F.D. Coolers in bulk quantities.
