We have the in house design and CNC manufacturing facility for Supplying Automatic Yarn Change Over and Threading Sysytems for all types and makes of Winders, such as Barmag, Teizin, Jewel, Chonglee etc. These systems have been working satisfactorily for many years in all the polyester plants in India and Abroad with zero ADF.

We are supplying Rectangular as well as Round Shaped Pack Bodies, for Polyester Poy and Fdy Plants along with their Internal Parts. We use state of the art CNC Machining facility for manufacturing of Pack Bodies which ensures close tolerances, 100% interchangeability and longer life. We also manufacture and supply Polymer Inlet Gaskets as per customers design

These cam shafts can be designed for any no. of ends and in any length and types with precision machinig and dynamic balancing and will be guaraneed for a long life and trouble free operation. So far we have supplied More than 1100 cam shafts in almost all the polyester plants in India and Indonesia. The first of the Cam Shafts was supplied in the year 1997 for a Barmag winder and there has been no stopping since then.

We have designed and developed modified Birotor Yarn Traverse Systems for Barmag, Teizin and Chinese make winders with Increased No. of Ends for production enhancement.

We have the in house capabilities for Design and Development of Continuous Polyester Chips Dryers. These dryers are energy efficient and guarantee a trouble free operation. We have also suppilied Master Batch Chips drying systems to polyester spinning plants.

We have designed and developed modified Draw Winders for Barmag, Teizin and Chinese make winders with Increased No. of Ends for production enhancement.

We have developed Precision machined Guide Rails used for the guiding the movement of Traverse Guides in the Polyester Winders. These guide rails are very critically precision machined, hardened and ground to very close tolerances to ensure 100% interchangeability and longer life both of the Traverse Guides as well as the Guide Rails
