Metal Beam Crash Barrier (providing and erecting a "w" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150x75x5 mm spaced 2 m center to center, 1.8 high, 1.1 m below groundroad, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm, 330 mm long.

We are manufacturer of SINGLE SIDE SINGLE W BEAM GUARD RAIL - SYSTEM - Post Length 1800mm, 1500mm & 1200mm. W-Beam 4318 mm long, Post 150x 75x 5mm Thk and placed at 2 mtr c/c, Spacer 150 x 75 x 5 mm thk, 330mm long with required hardware.
All material HOT DIP GALVANISED.(Used HR coils As per IS:5986/2002, Grade Fe-410 with minimum yield stress of 255MPa.) :
