We are manufacturing raw edge cogged belts in our plant under brand name of ESCON SKY POWER. First time in India these belts are manufactured with bottom jacket to provide extra protection to coggs for higher life. Features of Escon Cogged Belts:- Very High Flexibility due to moulded coggs.Very low Stretch due to use of length stable Polyester cords.Higher power rating over wrapped belts.Low slip due to better contact with pulley .Power Transmission efficiency over 95%.

Wedge Belts

ESCON Wedge belts contain high modules polyester cords, which together with specially formulated bottom compression rubber compound and insulation rubber, constitute over unshakeable union even under severest flexing conditions. The Cords retain their designed and correct position under tension without any cord movement. ESCON Wedge Belts do not buckle even on toughest drives.
