The working principle of the Dust Collector System is, dust laden air is made to pass through special filter media and the dust is accumulated in the filters media and clean air is exhausted. The filter media is stitched in the form of tubes. The dust from the filter media is removed by manual/Mechanical shaking or self cleaning (reverse pulse jet). The filter materials are made up of acrylic polyester, polyester needle felt, polypropylene nylon, Terylene etc. The antistatic provision shall be made depending on the application.
