Stationary Combustible Gas Detection System has the capacity to monitor potentially hazardous areas in proximity to oil and gas transit stations, gas and oil trunk pipelines, oil and gas storage tank farms, loading racks and similar facilities. SGAES TGM Combustible and Toxic Gas Detection System consists of an UPES Control Unit with possibility of connecting up to 16 detectors to it (SGOES, SSS-903, IPES, TGAES) . The Control Unit communicates to the Gas Detectors via 4-20mA or RS-485. The control unit provides a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the gas detectors measuring range of gas of interest, High and Low Alarm indications and Trouble signals.
If a lower explosive level (LEL) of gas presence (measured as a percent) has reached a preconfigured value, the UPES sounds a warning and sends alert signals to the control room operator.
